Pricing Structure

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices for laptops are clearly listed on each product and are valid at the time of purchase.

  • ASUS Vivobook E510 (Celeron, 4GB, 256GB SSD, Win 11) — R2,999
  • Dell Vostro i5 (8GB, 512GB SSD, Win 11 Pro) — R4,499
  • Acer Extensa 215-53G (i5, 8GB, 512GB NVMe) — R4,999

Repair and service pricing is quoted upfront before any work begins. No hidden fees.

Refund Policy

We stand behind every laptop we sell. All refurbished laptops come with a 90-day warranty covering hardware defects.

Returns & Refunds:

  • If your laptop has a hardware defect within 90 days, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  • Change of mind returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the laptop is returned in the same condition with all accessories. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Laptop Purchases:

  • Orders can be cancelled before the laptop has been dispatched or collected.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our refund policy.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately via phone (083 976 7740) or email (sales@oriya.co.za).

Repair Services:

  • You may cancel a repair at any time before work commences at no charge.
  • If work has already begun, you are only liable for the labour and parts used up to the point of cancellation.

Terms of Service

By purchasing from Oriya Computers, you agree to the following:

  • All laptops are refurbished and tested to meet our quality standards. Minor cosmetic wear may be present.
  • The 90-day hardware warranty covers manufacturing and component defects. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or software issues.
  • Payment is required in full before dispatch or collection.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and stock availability.
  • Oriya Computers reserves the right to refuse service or sale at our discretion.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute or an unhappy client, we prioritise direct resolution. Contact us at sales@oriya.co.za or 083 976 7740. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours. If a resolution cannot be reached, we will issue a full refund for qualifying purchases as outlined in our refund policy.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Collection is available from our store at 5b Tecoma Street, Berea, East London, 5241.
  • Nationwide shipping is available via trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location.
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days for major centres, 3–5 business days for outlying areas.
  • All shipments are insured and require a signature on delivery.
